Sandy’s Oceanview is a boutique, private Oceanview country style villa tucked away on the top of a hill in St Mary, Jamaica just 5 minutes from the sea. We offer our venue packages for small, boutique weddings, celebrations, and retreats. We intentionally focus on quality over volume to ensure every event  has a well-managed, enjoyable, and memorable Jamaican experience.

Sandy’s Oceanview partners with business owners, event planners, and wedding professionals to deliver intimate, oceanview experiences that bring exceptional value to customers while creating new opportunities for increased profitability.

This partnership is designed exclusively for professionals interested in a mutually beneficial partnership that brings value to their business and  to the customers they serve. 

One of the greatest advantages of partnering with Sandy’s Oceanview is the ability to offer clients a turnkey event solution, significantly reducing complexity, stress, and operational risk 

• 20% discounted rate -applied to partner bookings between 3 to 5 days - not transferable
   
• Based on availability and season
   

• You earn 10% commission on customer event package confirmed bookings referred by you
   
• Paid 7–14 business days after event completion

 Special Events Package Options for your customers

 🌿 Tier 1: Oceanview Boutique Event Package – USD 3,000 

(All tiers include furnishings, staffing, security, audio equipment, and accommodation)

• Maximum overnight event guests: 8 persons (more than this number of guests results in additional charges per person)
   
• Maximum total guests on event day: 50 persons (includes overnight and day visitors)

Every package includes the following at no additional charge:

2 complementary nights accommodation for up to 8 overnight guests

• Exclusive use of the property for the event
   
• Tables and chairs (up to 50 persons on event day)
   
• Tableware (plates, cutlery, and glassware for event use)
   

• 1 to 2 on-site caretakers
  (property oversight, guest assistance, monitoring of event guidelines)
   
• 1 part-time housekeeper
  (standard cleaning and operational support)
   
• On-site security on event day
  (access control, guest flow management, and overall event safety)
   
• Events hosted during defined hours only
   
• No public, ticketed, or open-ended events

Partners agree to:

• Accurately represent event packages and limits
   
• Ensure client understanding and respect of guidelines of property
   
• Support timelines - bookings must be confirmed  3 months in advance  

Sandy’s Oceanview retains final approval over:

• Guest counts
   
• Vendors
   
• Event flow
   

 Every partnership begins with a two complimentary consultations to understand your services and explore how we can collaborate. A partnership agreement is shared after the consultation. We look forward to this journey together.
